Rudy "ROoSTER" Hooven

   Rudy has been studying Classic American traditional and Black and Grey tattooing in Santa Cruz California, now he's here in the studio and we're so glad to have him. His personality is solid gold and so is his work ethic.  Rooster is constantly refining his style and collecting the trophies to prove it.
